This seemed to be an odd way to show off that people win so I went back and watched 2 people be asked if they wanted their picture taken to be shared on Soaring Eagles website. He explained that if you win a handpay and want your picture on their website you have to ask for that service. I contact Misti Houle (if I spelled your name wrong I am sorry) She forwarded my complaint and I received a response from Kirk Walraven (If I spelled your name wrong, I apologize) Kirk says he is the Director of Slot Operations. I attempted to resolve this issue before writing a review.
